I agree to allow The Woodlands Chinese School to use photos of my child/children taken at any class held by The Woodlands Chinese School in print and electronic formats such as The Woodlands Chinese School brochure, website, WeChat Subscriptions etc. for non-for-profit and any goodwill purpose. I understand that I will not receive payment or other compensation for use of my child/children’s photos.

I, the parent or the legal guardian, will take full responsibility for any direct or indirect loss caused by my child inside or outside the classrooms during the school time. I hereby release, acquit and forever discharge The Woodlands Chinese School and its respective board members, the teachers, and volunteers, of and form any and all claims, actions, causes of actions, demands, rights, damages, costs, expenses, lost wages and loss of services of any kind whatsoever for personal injury (including death) and/or property damage, known or unknown, which may result from my child’s participation in, preparation for, or any other activity/ies associated with The Woodlands Chinese School, and whether arising before, during or after such activity/ies. I further waive my right to sue The Woodlands Chinese School and its respective board members, the teachers, and volunteers for or on account of any such injury(ies).
